Blade lots of players have badly filled out forms, can you make sure every1 gets it done. Get back to me tomorrow and I will register you guys for the comp.

And trompie better htfu cos he's got 3 more days to be over 16 and supply the rest of his crap. By 12th September if he hasn't completed his form I will have to remove him from the team to enter you guys.
